Reservation Policy:
Lodging Rooms & Cabins: One night deposit is charged to credit card at time of reservation, with remaining balance due at check-in.
If you will be arriving later than 8 pm, please call the front desk to make arrangements.
Large Groups - 3 or more rooms reserved.
Extended Stay - 7 or more nights reserved in one room or with multiple room reservations.
Large Groups and/or Extended Stay: A one night deposit is charged to credit card at time of reservation, a second night deposit is charged to credit card 30 days prior to check-in, with remaining balance due at check-in.
Rally Reservations: One night deposit charged to credit card at time of reservation, a second night deposit charged to credit card January 1, remaining balance charged to credit card June 1.
There is a $10/adult, $5/child charge per night for all rooms that have more than the standard occupancy.
Cancellation Policy:
Lodge Rooms: If cancellation occurs at least 7 days prior to arrival, deposit is refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs in under 7 days of arrival, deposit is not refunded (unless able to re-rent room for all dates of reservation, minus $25 processing fee). No refunds for early checkouts.
Cabins: Deposits are non-refundable (unless we are able to re-rent cabin for all dates of reservation minus a $25 processing fee). No refunds for early checkouts.
Large Groups/Extended Stay: Deposits are considered non-refundable (unless able to re-rent rooms/cabins for all dates of reservation, minus $25 processing fee).
Rally Reservations: Deposits are non-refundable. If Room/Cabin is cancelled after June 1, deposit is non-refundable however if we rent your room/cabin for all your dates we will refund balance.
Mountain View Lodge & Cabins reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and is not responsible for accidents or injury to guest or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. You will be charged for any stolen or damaged property of Mountain View Lodge & Cabins.
